The Walkers have a "cottage by the lake" where Gail spends her happiest days in "uncomplicated living." Her favourite journey was to Italy (likely for the art) and her greatest achievement was "learning Tai Chi's 108 steps." She regrets being the shortest in her family and would like to be remembered as "a breath of fresh air" (as long as it's not hot air). Although she has 2 children, she is still waiting for the grandchildren to arrive - right now all I have are chickens. She was happiest when her kids were young and her greatest extravagance is exotic fruit & chocolate (how exotic is that fruit?). She looks forward to more travel, but preferably not by air. Lorettas favourite journey was to Ottawa for her sons masters degree in engineering & physics. Her memories of Jayo include English classes with Mr. Dew & Socials with Mr. Reid and she regrets now that shyness prevented her from taking part in more social activities. Although she hasnt yet decided on a motto, she feels that her greatest achievement was understanding & actually enjoying grade 12 & 13 math after suffering Mr. Allens classes. (Some of us may never have reached this apogee of math enjoyment, but many will remember the horrors of math classesif you want suffering try Miss Montgomery!)
